Our design process

Define the problem

One can only get solutions or necessary information when questions are asked. Hence, in our designing process, we probe the clients to bring out their hidden vision about the project and strive to reflect it in the project. The questions include business goals, metrics, pain points as well as competitive advantages.

Define the problem

User research

We believe that a project is successful only when we are able to portrait the idea of our client in it keeping in mind the requirements of the end-users. Our designers keep in mind that a project is not just about creativity but also for the people who are ultimately going to use it. Hence, we deeply analyse the requirements of the users to deliver the best experience.

Define the problem

User persona creation

This step includes or answers the question “who are you designing for?” by building an understanding of the end users. Once this information is compiled, the designs are prepared accordingly.

Define the problem

Pain points analysis

Pain points are the bad design experiences or circumstances faced by the end user and prevents them to fulfil their purpose, hence, the analysis of these points is crucial and can give a lot of insights. Therefore, our team especially takes this into consideration while designing a project.

Define the problem

Creating user flow

User’s interaction with the product is also very important and is sometimes a critical task. Matching user’s goals with ways they might be realized through an interface gives us an opportunity to clearly see a product from a user’s perspective.

Define the problem

Wireframing

Pain points are the bad design experiences or circumstances faced by the end user and prevents them to fulfil their purpose, hence, the analysis of these points is crucial and can give a lot of insights. Therefore, our team especially takes this into consideration while designing a project.

Define the problem

UI Design and prototyping

Finally, we come to the stage where the UIs are created as per the wireframes and feedbacks received on them. A UI is just a compilation of the previous stages of colour selection, layout, ideas, and many more, as without them a UI cannot be crafted by a designer.
